Research & Clinical Interests:
My primary research interests lie in the area of pediatric psychology, but more specifically in psychological approaches to pain management. My dissertation examines the development of children’s empathy for pain in others. As for my clinical interests, I am very interested in general pediatric psychology applications (e.g., feeding, treatment adherence). As an American student at a Canadian university, I look forward to not only working with other members of the SPP Student Advisory Board, but also increasing membership of Canadian students interested in pediatric psychology.
