Research & Clinical Interests: My areas of interest include child and family adjustment to chronic illness, risk factors and resiliency in pediatric populations, multicultural issues in counseling and health care, Asian and Asian-American populations and cultural competency training. I am excited to be part of the SPP Board because of the opportunity to connect with other students in the field and benefit from their knowledge and areas of expertise. I also hope to advocate for issues of multiculturalism within pediatric psychology and help expand student recruitment to attract students from Counseling Psychology programs.
